Capital Authentication Services

Our office provides Authentication (Apostille) and Legalization Services to Canadian and International Corporations, Law Firms, Professionals, Adoption Agencies, Travel Agencies, Canadian Citizens and Foreign Nationals who require documents to be used in other countries. Furthermore, we assist parties who require Visas in order to enter Foreign Countries for personal, business, or adoption-related purposes. Our office has been operating for over fourteen years, during which time we have developed the connections necessary to ensure that your documents and/or visas are professionally processed in a cost effective and timely manner.

Authentication

Our office attends at the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT/JLAC) each and every business day for the purpose of having Canadian documents authenticated for use abroad.

Legalization

In order to legalize your documents, our office will attend on your behalf at the necessary Embassy/Consulate to have your documents processed.

Authentication with Legalization

Our office will attend on your behalf at either DFAIT or at Ministry of Government Services (when applicable) to have your documents authenticated, followed by our attendance(s) at the necessary Embassy/Consulate to have your documents legalized.

Visa Processing

Each country implements its own legislation which defines entry requirements for foreigners. As such, Capital Authentication strongly encourages its clients to verify with the Embassy/Consulate of the country in question.
